Prevent Dehydration

The best way to prevent dehydration is of course by drinking water regularly during exercise.  It is recommended to drink about 120-150 mL (4-5 ounces) about every 10-15 minutes.  But, let’s face it drinking water can get boring really fast.  So why not go for some delicious drinks that contain electrolytes!
